Terms

Before any engagement starts, we formalise the arrangement in an engagement letter setting out the scope, the goal, and the timeline.

Applicability

These terms apply to all engagements with Ewoud Mogendorff, unless agreed otherwise in writing in the engagement letter.

Liability

Liability is limited to the amount invoiced under the relevant engagement, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

All engagements are governed by Dutch law.

Final terms are recorded in the engagement letter.
